What it is about
The second film and a pink film directed by Kiyoshi Kurosawa.
A country girl named Akiko (Yoriko Doguchi) visits a college in Tokyo in search of her hometown sweetheart. In the course of finding him, she runs into various odd inhabitants of the college campus–blasé intellectuals, sex-crazed co-eds, a psychology professor in search of the theory of shame (Juzo Itami) and of course her sweetheart Yoshioka, who has become an elusive campus nobody.
With limited A3 movie poster.
What to expect
Kiyoshi Kurosawa’s second feature is a pink movie, and it plays like a campus farce with the libido turned up. Yoriko Doguchi plays Akiko, a country girl who arrives at a Tokyo university to track down her boyfriend, only to find he has become a ghost on campus. The search pushes her into the orbit of a psychology professor (Juzo Itami) trying to pin down the theory of shame, along with a cast of blasé intellectuals and sex-obsessed students. The movie runs 83 minutes, in Japanese with English and Chinese subtitles. It opens October 10, 2026, for a limited run, and a small number of A3 posters come with tickets while stock lasts. Adult audiences only.
