What to expect
You buy a ticket knowing nothing except the date and the venue. The bc30 Blind Box Screening – Session B is exactly that: a single mystery screening at Broadway Cinematheque on October 29, 2026, part of the cinema’s 30th anniversary programme. The movie could be a restored classic, a recent festival title, a local independent work, or an overlooked foreign release — the programmer’s track record is the only clue. The room will be full of people who have all taken the same small gamble, and the shared moment when the title card appears is the draw. If you need to know what you are watching before you commit, skip it. If you are curious what a trusted curator would put in front of you, it is a rare chance to walk in cold.
