劇情簡介
原本在諾倫莊園生活的達西伍一家人，由於丈夫的去逝，所有的產業均被他的兒子約翰繼承，她們被迫得搬離這偌大的莊園，過著比以往困苦的生活。達西伍太太有三個女兒，她們和約翰是同父異母的關係，大女兒艾莉娜，堅強、內斂、不善於表達情感，二女兒則相反，不受禮教約束，是個聰明倔強的女孩，小女兒瑪格麗特則古靈精怪，行為舉止不同於同年齡的女孩。約翰和他的太太芬妮刻薄勢利，但芬妮的弟弟艾德華卻是個和藹可親温柔又善體人意的青年，於是四人之間產生了奇妙的感情變化。
